If you aren't completely in love with your purchase, we offer a 28-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid return label (if applicable) and drop the package off at your nearest authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
